Postage & Packaging
Each book is packed and posted by hand from Val’s local post office. We don’t use a big mailing house and so postage prices reflect standard rates of Royal Mail postage and the material we need to use to keep your book safe while it’s being delivered to you.
We are very sorry if we don’t currently ship to your country. If your country isn’t on the list below please feel free to email us and we will do our best to arrange delivery if possible.

Rest of world shipping £15.00 per book (Delivery times will vary by country
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely happy with anything you have purchased from the online shop, please contact Customer Services within 30 days of delivery by email. If you wish to report a fault or mistake, please include a photo if you can to illustrate the problem. Once you have been in touch, we will then give you individual advice on returns, replacements and refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
